I myself wasn’t successful the first time I quit, it took months and many hardships before I stopped smoking.

If you are waiting for the right time or waiting for your urge to go away, that time will never come. You have to accept the reality that you are an addict and the only way to break it is by quitting now.

Stop worrying about the bad feelings that withdrawal symptoms will bring you. They are not painful, trust me, I’ve passed the withdrawal stage and lived to tell about it. Read positive affirmation always in order to have a positive attitude towards it. There are no shortcuts, whether you like it or not, you have to deal with the withdrawal symptoms.
