Coughing And Stopping Smoking – The Facts.

It’s not fair is it? You make a huge effort to quit smoking and then within days, on top of all the cravings, the bad temper, the headaches and sore throat, you develop a hacking cough. It’s not surprising that we end up taking up smoking again after a week or so is it I mean, what’s the point in trying to quit smoking if this is what we can look forward to?

This is very bad for the body because the lungs are responsible for transferring oxygen around to all the vital organs and cells via the bloodstream. If this process is blocked the it’s clearly going to have a negative effect on our well being and general health.

Within 6 months of first quitting smoking, you should start feeling real benefits and hopefully this will be a source of strength and encourage you to remain stopped. Once you start to see that your skin is improving and glowing, your hair is in much better condition and your energy levels have increased then you’ll know that you have made the right decision.
